Describe the gig.
Get a shortlist that fits.
Book them — no back-and-forth.

I

We come to you

No endless browsing. Describe the job and AI finds the right people for you.

II

Scored on what matters

Each shortlist is scored on role, budget, location, and timing, so you start with the ones who genuinely match.

III

Private by default

Private/contact info stays private until there's mutual acceptance — all relevant data is secure and private

IV

Booked and paid

50% up front, 50% a week out. Secure and audit-logged via Stripe Connect. Talent gets paid 24-48 hours after the gig.

For Talent

The work should find you.

✗ What breaks today
✓ What TalentSynq fixes
01

You spend more time hunting for work than doing it.

01

Work is pushed to you — matched on role, location, budget, and timing — so the right gigs arrive on their own.

02

You agree to terms, then get ghosted.

02

Acceptance locks the job in: half your fee is captured the moment you're booked, not just promised.

03

You finish the job and chase payment for weeks.

03

Payments are staged and held by the platform before the shoot, then released 12-24 hours after the gig — so getting paid isn't a fight.

04

Your profile disappears into noisy directories.

04

Your profile is structured and routed to gigs that actually fit, instead of buried in a directory no one searches.

05

Clients rewrite the terms after you've said yes.

05

The terms you agreed to live inside the workflow — visible and logged, so they can't be quietly changed.

06

You underprice yourself because the market is chaos.

06

Pricing and fees are shown plainly up front — no guessing, no fine print.

Opportunity feed · 16:9
Routed by fit

Work comes to you — matched on role, location, budget, and availability, then routed straight to your feed. No directory to comb, no endless scroll, no wondering whether you're what they want. The opportunities that reach you already fit.

Booked means booked

The moment a client says yes, half your pay is locked in and the job is real — not a promise that quietly disappears. You won't agree to work and then get ghosted, and you won't sit wondering if it's actually happening. If it's accepted, it's on.

Booking · confirmed
Membership · Payouts

The membership question is the simplest one on the platform. Posting an application costs $2 if you are on Free, $0 if you are on Pro. Pro is $10 per month. That is the entire delta. The 15% platform fee, deducted from talent payout, applies to every booking regardless of tier — Pro removes the per-application friction, not the protection that funds the staged-payment guarantee.

On payouts, the structure is deliberately boring. Fifty percent at acceptance — captured the moment a client accepts your application, held by the platform, not pending in an inbox. Fifty percent seven days before the gig — captured automatically, locked in before the call sheet circulates. The 15% platform fee is deducted from the talent payout side; it is never added to the client rate. The bookkeeping runs on Stripe Connect with full audit trail.

Pro doesn't unlock the work — fit does. Pro removes the per-application fee.

There is no clever pricing here, and that is the point. The work is the work. The platform routes you to it, holds the money so the gig is real before you commit, and stays out of the way of the actual collaboration. If a client changes terms after the fact, the agreed terms live inside the workflow with auditability — not in a thread you have to screenshot.

For Clients

The fit should surface itself.

✗ What breaks today
✓ What TalentSynq fixes
01

Open directories are mostly noise.

01

You receive a curated shortlist built for one specific need — not another scavenger hunt.

02

Referral networks are narrow and stale.

02

We surface talent you'd never reach through your current circle.

03

Cold outreach is inconsistent and expensive.

03

Candidates arrive pre-scored on fit, budget, location, and availability.

04

Unstructured payments leave people burned.

04

Staged payments turn interest into commitment — money held, both sides invested.

05

Vague listings attract irrelevant applicants.

05

Your brief becomes clear criteria we match against, so the wrong people don't apply.

06

No-shows carry no real consequence.

06

Every booking lives inside a tracked workflow — accountability built in, not hoped for.

Submit a structured need

Describe the project in plain language. The AI breaks it into matchable criteria — role, count, timing, budget, usage rights — so it reaches the right talent with exactly what you need.

Brief → structured need
Shortlist · ranked
Receive an AI-curated shortlist

The shortlist isn't just an algorithm's guess — it's people matched to your need who saw the brief and raised their hand. Fit and interest, before you say a word.

Workspace · Posting

Once a structured need is live, everything moves into a single workspace built around that need — no scattered DMs, no chasing threads across five apps. Inside it sits a ranked shortlist of the talent who matched and applied, fill counts you can read at a glance, and accept-or-reject calls made with the full picture in front of you. The system quietly tracks who was routed, who applied, who's in conversation, and who's booked — so you never keep a separate sheet.

On money: posting costs nothing. There's no tier to unlock before you can brief, and no fee hiding in the fine print of a contract. The 15% platform fee comes out of the talent payout — never added to your rate — and it underwrites the staged-payment guarantee: half captured when you accept, half seven days before the gig.

Posting is free. The platform fee comes off talent payout — never added to your rate.

What you get is a surface that works the way a producer actually thinks. Not a directory to scroll. Not a marketplace where you elbow fifty other postings for attention. A queue for every need, a shortlist inside every queue, an audit trail behind every booking. The platform stays in the workflow; the people stay yours once you've hired them.

Brief once. Receive the right people.

Describe the work once, in plain language. The people who fit — matched to your need and already raising their hand — come to you, and all that's left is your yes. TalentSynq opens to everyone on September 15, with a limited beta running earlier.

0421For Providers

The room.
The kit.
The crew.

Studios, venues, equipment houses, and crew teams live in the same shell as talent and clients. One account · Three roles. When a structured need calls for a room, a kit, or a crew, the AI-curated shortlist routes those resources alongside the people.

For Providers

The room is your asset.

✗ What breaks today
✓ What TalentSynq fixes
01

Booking requests come in scattered DMs and your calendar is guesswork.

01

Needs are routed to you only when your room, kit, or crew fits the structured brief.

02

Qualifying tire-kickers eats hours every week before any deal lands.

02

Clients arrive with budget, dates, and scope already structured — no qualifying call needed.

03

Permits, COIs, and crew-level requirements surface at the last minute.

03

Prep and compliance details live in the structured need from day one.

04

No-shows leave you with setup costs and no recourse.

04

50% capture at acceptance secures the slot before you commit setup time.

05

Pricing pressure becomes a race to the bottom against unverified shops.

05

Day rates and provider posture are visible inside the workflow — not hidden behind sales calls.

06

You discover budget was never signed off only after holding the date.

06

Budget is captured and platform-controlled before you hold the slot.

The need is the unit. Not the gig.

Each role on a project becomes its own structured need with its own AI-curated shortlist, its own review queue, and its own staged-payment timeline. A parent gig can hold many.

Built around the talent.

Why we exist

The work was chasing the wrong shape.

Creative talent spent more time on directories than on craft. Clients spent more time browsing than producing. The job board model treats people like inventory and treats projects like ads — never an open search again.

TalentSynq replaces that with a structured need, an AI-curated shortlist, and a staged-payment guarantee. One account · Three roles. The need is the unit.
