The work should find you.
You spend more time hunting for work than doing it.
Opportunities are pushed to you by role, location, budget, and timing fit.
You agree to terms and get ghosted.
Acceptance becomes a real booking flow, not a pinky promise.
You finish the work and chase money for weeks.
Payments are staged and platform-controlled before the job happens.
Your profile drowns in noisy directories.
AI-structured profiles are routed to relevant opportunities instead of buried in search sludge.
Clients change terms after the fact.
Agreed terms live inside a controlled workflow with auditability.
You underprice yourself because the market is chaos.
Pricing and fee posture are shown clearly, not hidden behind platform hand-waving.
Opportunities are pushed by role, location, budget, availability — never an open search. Stop scrolling. Stop guessing.
Pre-match views show role, budget, fit, dates only. Reveal follows workflow stage and user settings.
The membership question is the simplest one on the platform. Posting an application costs $2 if you are on Free, $0 if you are on Pro. Pro is $10 per month. That is the entire delta. The 15% platform fee, deducted from talent payout, applies to every booking regardless of tier — Pro removes the per-application friction, not the protection that funds the staged-payment guarantee.
On payouts, the structure is deliberately boring. Fifty percent at acceptance — captured the moment a client accepts your application, held by the platform, not pending in an inbox. Fifty percent seven days before the gig — captured automatically, locked in before the call sheet circulates. The 15% platform fee is deducted from the talent payout side; it is never added to the client rate. The bookkeeping runs on Stripe Connect with full audit trail.
Pro doesn't unlock the work — fit does. Pro removes the per-application fee.
There is no clever pricing here, and that is the point. The work is the work. The platform routes you to it, holds the money so the gig is real before you commit, and stays out of the way of the actual collaboration. If a client changes terms after the fact, the agreed terms live inside the workflow with auditability — not in a thread you have to screenshot.
You don't search. You receive.
